Each AI credit lets you either generate a recipe for your weekly menu or create a meal prep plan. For example, generating a 7-recipe menu uses 7 credits, and creating a prep plan uses 1.

Yes! We update the flyers every Thursday with new deals from 7 major chains: Maxi, Metro, IGA, Super C, Provigo, Walmart and Giant Tiger.
Generating a weekly menu uses 1 credit per recipe (e.g. 5 recipes = 5 credits). Generating a recipe for a specific day costs 1 credit. Panic Mode costs 1 credit for 3 suggestions (free if already generated the same day). The nutrition summary costs 1 credit (free if your recipes haven't changed). Free actions: asking a question about a recipe, modifying an existing meal, browsing deals and your grocery list.
